1. When can I receive package after the payment?

Processing Time: Package processing time of order is not the delivery time. After we receive your order, we source your chosen stone and conduct quality checks before beginning manufacturing.
Stone sourcing: up to 10 working days
Manufacturing: approximately 7–10 working days (about 1–1½ weeks)
Total lead time: most orders are completed and ready to ship within 2–3 weeks

2. What shipping method Facet use?

Facet partners with FedEx and The Courier Guy to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

3. Shipping Charge

We offer a standard shipping charge of R80 within South Africa on all orders. Special delivery requests such as express or insured shipping may carry an additional charge, which will be confirmed before dispatch.

4. How to track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.

5. Logistics Time

Delivery within South Africa generally takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas or public holidays may extend delivery times slightly.
